Job summary

A recruitment consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking HR and Accounts professionals for a part-time, flexible role. Candidates will mostly work at client offices, handling HR regulations, payroll calculations, and supporting administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications

  • Experienced in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Knowledgeable in payroll calculations for HR.
  • Ability to participate in discussions and help prepare meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

  • Visit client office once to twice a week to handle HR and Accounts-related matters.
  • Promptly address client queries.
  • Support non-HR matters such as stocktake or administrative tasks.
