Job Responsibilities
  • Man the front counter at all times
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Queue management when required
  • Welcome walk-in customers and register customers via case management system
  • Attend to enquiries pertaining to financial assistance, via phone call and emails
  • Operational checks on the service centre and replenishment of collaterals before the start of each day
  • Collect documents received from customers and make certified copies of these documents
  • Provide administrative support such as filing of documents, data entry, printing and preparation of letters etc
  • Need to be roving around different offices depending on manpower planning
Job Requirements
  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level with prior experience in customer service support is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected challenges
Working Hours and other Info
  • Commit min 3 days on weekdays!
  • Commit min 6 months or longer!
  • Full Day - 8:15am to 6:30pm (with 1 hour break)
  • Half Day (Saturday) - 8:15am to 1pm
