Job summary

A local service provider in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk and Communication role. Candidates should possess a GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or equivalent and preferably have over 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a school administration environment. Responsibilities include managing communications, data entry, and providing administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years as a front desk receptionist.
  • Experience in a school administrative environment is preferred.
  • Relevant certificates must be submitted with CV.

Responsibilities

  • Convey messages to parents and staff.
  • Attend to visitors, students & parents professionally.
  • Record student late coming and uniform loans.
  • Update staff absence & student sick reports.
  • Receive, register, sort, and maintain daily office files.
  • Run office errands.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by school leaders or admin staff.

🕐 Working Hours:
  • Mon – Fri: 12:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (No lunch break)
  • ❌ Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays off
