Job summary

A local accounting consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Junior Executive to assist in handling clients' accounts and providing administrative support. The position requires a diploma in finance or related fields, good PC skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Suitable candidates should be independent, meticulous, and eager to learn. Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of clients' accounts.
  • Support Accounts Team.
  • Handle corporate tax admin/employment pass admin.
  • Maintenance of proper records and filing system.
  • Support operations and general day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Provide secretarial support to Team leader.
  • Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.

Skills

Good PC skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Bilingual

Education

O/A Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess

at least O/A Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

No working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Good PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

Be Independent, meticulous and able to work under pressure

Possess a willing to learn and proactive attitude

Training on work-related knowledge and competencies provided
