Job summary

Curate Kitchen Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring Service Crew to support front-of-house and basic back-of-house operations in our cafeteria setting. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and maintain hygienic dining areas while ensuring smooth service during peak periods.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and a willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Relevant F&B, cafeteria, or hospitality experience preferred
• Able to support front-of-house and basic back-of-house operations
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Able to handle food service, cashiering, and POS transactions
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
• Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Able to perform manual tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Take orders, assist with food selection, and manage customer enquiries.
• Support different service formats (counter service, buffet, takeaway, café, etc.).
• Ensure smooth service flow and queue management during peak periods.
• Serve food according to standard portioning and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in basic food and beverage preparation where required.
• Replenish food items and ensure continuous availability during service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service counters, and workstations.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures for all service areas.
• Support waste disposal and ensure premises remain clean and presentable at all times.
• Practise proper personal hygiene and handwashing protocols.
• Use appropriate protective gear (e.g. gloves, hair restraints).
• Ensure utensils, equipment, and service areas are properly cleaned and sanitised.
• Comply with food safety procedures and company standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in stock replenishment and basic inventory handling.
• Support opening and closing duties (setup, cleaning, shutdown).
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures during daily tasks
