🧁 Part-Time Pastry Chef (Evening & Weekend Shifts)

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Part-Time Pastry Chef / Pastry Cook to join our team at Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie — a dessert destination along Neil Road known for our elegant ice cream parfaits, wines, and tea-based mocktails and cocktails.

🌈 Your Role

As a Part-Time Pastry Chef, you’ll work closely with our chef-owner and full-time pastry team to produce beautiful, consistent desserts that reflect our signature quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the chef-owner on daily production, preparation, and plating of pastries and parfaits.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workstation and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment.
  • Execute assigned tasks independently with consistency, precision, and care.
  • Complete prep and mise-en-place efficiently and within allocated timeframes.
  • Foster strong teamwork and communication with fellow team members.
  • Support stock receiving, inventory checks, and storage organisation.
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas to new menu development and creative R&D.
