A vibrant educational center in Singapore seeks friendly and motivated individuals to join as Front Desk Assistants. Positioned at the welcoming face of our centre, you'll assist students and parents, support administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive work environment. We're looking for team players who commit at least 2 days per week, preferably including weekends.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors — offering friendly assistance and clear information about our programmes and schedules.
  • Support student enrolments, registration paperwork, and payments.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with centre operations such as filing, data entry, and general admin tasks.
  • Keep our reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and organised.

Work Hours & Pay
  • Weekdays (Monday – Friday): 1:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9:00am – 6:30pm
  • Commitment requirement:
    • Able to commit at least 2 days per week for a minimum of 1 year
    • Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday) is preferred
