The ideal candidate has experience with cutting tools and cookware, possesses a food hygiene certification, and can work well under pressure. Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred to cover peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef in preparing and presenting menu items.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Ensure cooking equipment is clean and properly stored.
• Assist in inventory control of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Follow nutrition and sanitation regulations as required by government.
• Collaborate with Front-of-House and Retail teams to ensure smooth service.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
