We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Construction Supervisor to join our team at Bzbee Global Pte Ltd in the Jurong East West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and directing the work of construction teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to specification

Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Collaborating with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to coordinate the workflow

Providing on-site training and guidance to construction workers as needed

Maintaining detailed records and documentation for each project

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry

Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, materials, and equipment

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
