Job summary

SKIN HEALTH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a part-time Clinic/Healthcare Assistant to support daily operations at the clinic.

You will manage patient appointments, assist with medicines, maintain inventory, sterilize equipment, and help doctors during procedures, while ensuring hygiene and smooth financial handling. This role is ideal for individuals with basic education, English communication ability, and a willingness to learn and contribute to patient care.

Qualifications

• Primary/Secondary education (O level) or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Computer literate with basic IT skills.
• Experience in clinic or hospital is preferred.
• Responsible, honest, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments and inquiries
• Prepare and dispense medicines
• Monitor inventory of drugs, and replenish when necessary
• Pack and sterilize equipment; administer UVB machine (training will be provided)
• Assist the doctor in surgical procedures, if required
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
• Handle collections, banking and payment of invoices
• Perform end-of-day closing of accounts
• Perform clerical duties, such as routine filing
• Any other duties to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic
