You will be responsible for all aspect of general quality patient management pertaining to the non-medical aspect of the centre. You will prepare the necessary documents for patient registration prior to the appointment day. You are also responsible with handling customers billing and closing of the account on daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Attends to reception duties.
  • Submits the Medisave applications. Checks Medisave account holder’s balances from CPF website, prints hard copy and tagged the information into HIS.
  • Seek approval and prepare documents relating to refunds.
  • Accepts appointments, collect specimens for Laboratory and dispatches specimen preparations.
  • Chaperon and assists doctors during consultation.
  • Attends to customer complaints (received verbally or through letters) expeditiously. Informs the Centre Manager about such complaints and carries out corrective or preventive actions in consultation with Centre Manager.
  • Maintains and updates the quality records according to the standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance and disposition of these records where applicable.
  • Performs general administrative duties such as preparing statistics, filing, typing, and dispatching of mails and reports, ordering stationery and office supplies.
  • Prepares and sends monthly corporate bills to clinics.
  • Performs general secretariat duties for doctors and the department head.
Requirements
  • A minimum of at least a GCE 'N' Levels
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant healthcare or clinic working experience
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A detail oriented and ability to multitask
