Job Scope

• Provide friendly assistance & information to visitors
• Ensure smooth ticketing & admission checks
• Respond to incidents, accidents & emergencies
• Support events & programmes on-site
• Help with crowd control to ensure smooth guest flow
• Candidates with prior customer service experience will be at an advantage!

What We’re Looking For:

• Outspoken, approachable & able to communicate clearly
• Patient and customer-oriented
• Comfortable using computers or tech‑savvy
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Okay with long standing hours
• Must adhere to grooming standards

This role may involve working in environments with:

• Heights
• Enclosed or dark spaces
• Outdoor exposure to sun
• Presence of pollen
• Large crowds

Applicants should be comfortable with such conditions.

Working Details:

• Shifts: 8 to 12 hours between 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM
• Able to commit at least 3 days/week including weekends
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
• Pay Rate:
  -Weekdays: $10/hour
  -Weekends: $12/hour
  -Public Holidays: $18/hour
  Additional Festive Peak Allowance: +$4/hour (23 Nov 2025 – 1 Jan 2026 & 13 Feb 2026 – 1 Mar 2026)
• Location: Gardens by the Bay

Additional Info:

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview
• Selected candidates must attend a full‑day induction (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
