• 🎟️ Provide friendly assistance & information to visitors
• ✅ Ensure smooth ticketing & admission checks
• 🚨 Respond to incidents, accidents & emergencies
• 🎉 Support events & programmes on-site
• 🚶 Help with crowd control to ensure smooth guest flow
• 😊 Candidates with prior customer service experience will be at an advantage!

📅 Working Details:

• ⏰ Shifts: 8 to 12 hours between 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM
• 🗓️ Able to commit at least 3 days/week including weekends
• 📆 Able to commit for at least 3 months
• 💰 Pay Rate:
  -Weekdays: $10/hour
  -Weekends: $12/hour
  -Public Holidays: $18/hour
  ✨ Additional Festive Peak Allowance: +$4/hour (23 Nov 2025 – 1 Jan 2026 & 13 Feb 2026 – 1 Mar 2026)

✨ Additional Info:

• 🎤 Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview
• 🏫 Selected candidates must attend a full-day induction (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
