Job summary

Responsibilities
Passenger Service
- Handling guest departure and arrival gate duties to ensure flight on time and Safety
- Ensure smooth and efficient boarding and departure processes in coordination with airline and airport teams.
- Closing reports after the flight arrival and departure information
- Handling Baggage services and reports
- Handling feedback and complaints, coordinating with support to resolve issues
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries by passengers
- Responding to Airport Traffic Operations; Basic Ticketing and reservation knowledge response and handling Airlines Website information guide to passengers.
- Assist in other duties assigned by Department Manager
Cargo Handling
- Support cargo reservations and bookings, process cargo acceptance, documentation, and release according to airline and regulatory Requirements.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries by Cargo Agents.
- Maintain accuracy in cargo records and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Required in/outbound shipment documents are uplifted on flights
- Aircraft load planning, weight & balance calculations preparation to prevent any oversize shipments.
- Coordinate cargo service activities between sales, operations and ground handling in order to ensure efficient handling of shipments.
- Build strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics clients
- Assist in other duties assigned by Department Manager
Sales & Customer Support
- Responding to Ticketing/reservation/E-commerce Sales and administrative routine portfolio matter.
- Promptly and professionally handle walk-in, incoming calls and emails for general enquiries.
- Handle all international and domestic ticketing queries
- Handle Airlines Sky-pearl Club membership queries and response.
- Responsible on relationships and customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer Service ensuring customer satisfaction with a product or service.
- E-commerce Support: Assisting with tasks related to online sales, include assisting with email marketing, website management, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in other duties assigned by Department Manager
