Job summary

A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a part-time Office & Operations Executive. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations and coordinating deliveries. Candidates should have administrative experience, preferably in the F&B industry, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position requires good communication skills and flexibility in handling operational tasks. Working days are 5.5 days a week from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
  • Able to assist with operational tasks such as packing and scheduling deliveries.
  • Willing to support frontline outlet operations when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Admin & Fulfilment Department in day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements with customers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipments.
  • Provide operational support at retail outlets as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks.
