Part-Time Admin Assistant (Flexible Hours)

Looking for a Part-Time Admin Assistant to support my team with daily administrative and secretarial tasks. This position offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for undergraduates or individuals seeking to gain work experience in a professional setting.

📍 Location
  • Office: UE Square, Clemenceau Avenue, Singapore 239920
  • Nearest MRT: Fort Canning
💼 Working Hours & Commitment
  • Flexible hours between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Preferably able to commit at least 3 days per week, 4 hours per day
  • Work schedule to be confirmed in advance
💰 Remuneration
  • Starting pay: $13/hour
✅ Requirements
  • Preferably students aged 19 and above
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable handling phone calls professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage
