About the role

We are seeking a Part‑Time Admin Assistant to join our team in the Central Region. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our office, helping to ensure the smooth running of our day‑to‑day operations. This is a part‑time position, offering flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.


What you’ll be expecting


  1. Salary from $2,000 to $2,200

  2. CPF Contribution is Provided

  3. Work 3 days per week

  4. Work time: 9:30 to 6pm (7.5 hrs per day)


What you’ll be doing


  1. Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails

  2. Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems

  3. Preparing Sales documents, reports and presentations as required

  4. General administrative support to the team


What we’re looking for


  1. Singaporean or Permanent Resident

  2. Minimum Qualification: Diploma

  3. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  4. Strong organisational and time management skills

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  6. IT Savy and is an iPhone User

  7. Ability to work independently
