Job summary

A local travel agency in Singapore is looking for a reliable Office & Admin Assistant to support part-time operations. Responsibilities include handling accounts, maintaining records, and providing general office support. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update invoice and payment data accurately in our system.
  • Match bank receipts to invoices and maintain transaction records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly payslips and basic payroll documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Provide general administrative and office support when needed.
