A leading aviation services company in Singapore seeks an individual for a part-time position. The role includes preparing quarterly grant claims, managing procurement tasks such as purchase orders and vendor payments, and maintaining IT asset inventories. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field and be proficient in Excel and document management. Experience with tools like SAP or Ariba is an added advantage. This position supports NTUC's e2i initiative.
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, or any 2.3 days out of 5 days work week
Grant Claims: Prepare quarterly grant claims, review statements of accounts, track budgets, and support audits.
Procurement: Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor payments, and price comparisons while ensuring policy compliance.
IT Asset Management: Maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licenses; coordinate tagging, transfers, and disposals.
General Support: Provide administrative assistance and help with other tasks as needed.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant administrative/finance/accounting field.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and document management, comfortable with finance/procurement (e.g. SAP/Ariba/ServiceNow or equivalent)
Experience with HANA S4 and/or ARIBA is an added bonus.
