We are looking for a dependable and skilled part-time / ad-hoc Printing Machine Operator to support our production team only when required, such as when our full-time operator is on medical leave or during peak production periods.

This is a standby / on-call role. Candidates should be able to report to work on short notice and perform independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital printing machines
• Operate post-press finishing equipment, including:
  • Trimming machine
  • Scoreline machine
  • Wire-O binding, Spiral coil binding, Plastic comb binding
  • Saddle-stitching
  • Lamination
• Prepare materials and setup jobs for production
• Perform basic troubleshooting and monitor print quality
• Ensure jobs meet quality standards and deadlines
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with digital print & finishing equipment
• Familiarity with print production workflow
• Physically fit, able to handle machine‑based repetitive tasks
• Responsible, reliable, and detail‑oriented
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / InDesign is a plus
• Able to commit on short notice (standby basis)
• Singaporeans / PRs preferred. Work pass holders must be legally eligible for part-time work

a. Salary Range

💰 SGD 12 – 16 per hour, depending on experience and task type

Only required when full‑time staff is on MC or during urgent production jobs
