• Prepare and cook food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards.
• Monitor food inventories and place orders.
• Ensure all hygiene standards are observed at all times.
• Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
