Job summary

HS GROUP is seeking experienced Class 3/3A Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our eCommerce Delivery Team in Singapore. This full-time role involves reliable and timely delivery of eCommerce parcels across Singapore, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth logistics operations.

You will safely operate Diesel or Electric vans, follow scheduled routes, maintain delivery records, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence with a clean record for at least 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar parcel delivery role.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle packages of various sizes and weights.
• Familiarity with local routes and strong navigational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Diesel Van or Electric Van to deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses.
• Ensure all deliveries are made on time according to routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with recipients.
• Adhere to health, road safety and compliance regulations.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the logistics team.
