Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking qualified Staff Nurses or Paramedics to provide onsite medical and emergency response support in a fast-paced workplace. You will establish and maintain an onsite first aid facility, respond to injuries, document medical events, and support health and safety initiatives, including training and drills with the FSM/SM where applicable.

Applicants must hold SNB registration or paramedic qualifications, with BCLS where required, and be able to work 24/7 rotating

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification and registration as Staff Nurse or Paramedic.
• SNB registration and BCLS certification for Staff Nurses.
• Experience in emergency response or onsite medical services preferred.
• Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the onsite first aid room, ensuring medical equipment and supplies are readily available.
• Provide immediate onsite response to injuries and medical emergencies.
• Assess and stabilise patients and provide appropriate preliminary medical care.
• Develop and implement site-specific SOPs covering emergency response, triage, patient confidentiality, and medical documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
• Conduct basic first aid training and support emergency evacuation drills in collaboration with the FSM/SM.
• Monitor and replenish first aid and emergency medical supplies.
• Ensure medical equipment is properly maintained and readily accessible.
• Support onsite emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Perform other duties related to onsite medical and emergency response as assigned.

About the Role

We are looking for qualified Paramedics / Staff Nurses to provide onsite medical and emergency response support. The role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an onsite first aid facility, responding to medical emergencies, and supporting workplace health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the onsite first aid room, ensuring medical equipment and supplies are readily available.
• Provide immediate onsite response to injuries and medical emergencies.
• Assess and stabilise patients and provide appropriate preliminary medical care.
• Develop and implement site-specific SOPs covering emergency response, triage, patient confidentiality, and medical documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification and registration as a Staff Nurse or Paramedic.
• Valid SNB registration and BCLS certification for Staff Nurses.
• Relevant paramedic certification and qualifications for Paramedic candidates.
• Experience in emergency response, occupational health, ambulance services, or onsite medical services will be advantageous.
• Good clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Able to work independently in an onsite medical environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly during emergencies.
