Job summary

A leading marine service provider in Singapore seeks an operational paramedic to manage medical cases onboard and conduct 1st Aid training. The ideal candidate holds SCDF Paramedic Level 3 certification with relevant experience, is knowledgeable about medical equipment, and can work under pressure. Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Attends to medical / trauma cases onboard vessels & worksite.
  • Conducts 1st Aid training for Safety Personnel.
  • Maintains 1st Aid facilities in the yard.
  • Maintains the emergency equipment in the ambulance.
  • Records of daily accidents / incidents.
  • Assists in station duty.
  • Liaises with Medical Centre on medical matter.
  • Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Minimum SCDF Paramedic Level 3 with at least 1 year experience as an operational paramedic.
  • At least 1 year experience as an operational paramedic.
  • Well versed with all the medical / trauma equipment and Intra Venus (IV) Management.
  • Render and stabilise patient in trauma cases.
  • Sound knowledge in the application of rescue / medical equipment and administration of emergency drugs.
  • Prepared to work late hours and also on weekends and public holidays and be prepared for call-up at any time.
  • Resourceful, able to work under pressure, high degree of integrity, responsible, committed, team player and good leadership qualities.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
