We are working with a globally recognised law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join their Structured Products team in Singapore. Known for its innovative approach and deep sector expertise, the firm advises financial institutions on a wide range of transactional & regulatory mandates across various asset classes, including equities, FX, commodities, and interest rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate structured securities issuances from start to completion, including liaising directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and maintain status updates for active matters.
  • Assists with billing processes and client administrative queries.
  • Support in the firm's knowledge management platform.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field.
  • Good pedigree with excellent communication skills in English, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to process complex information accurately.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones, particularly with Europe and Asia-based clients.
  • Knowledge and interest in various financial products and instruments are ideal.
  • Prior experience in a legal, financial, or regulatory environment is advantageous but not essential.
