Job summary

An international shipping group in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing ship sale and purchase documents, coordinating with internal teams, and liaising with external parties. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in paralegal work, preferably in shipping, and strong legal drafting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in shipping or international trade.
• Exposure to S&P transactions and ship financing transactions.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the legal team with drafting and executing S&P and ship financing documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams on transactions.
• Liaise with external parties such as brokers and ship registries.
