We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Japan desk where you will be given close supervision and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • At least 3 years of legal work experience in Corporate, Labour and Commercial Laws and Merger and Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Have experience drafting Contract in both Civil Law Jurisdictions and Common Law Jurisdictions
  • Have experience conducting due diligence at the time of merger and acquisition in both Civil Law Jurisdictions and Common Law Jurisdictions
  • Strong analytical skills in laws in both Civil Law Jurisdictions and Common Law Jurisdictions
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Proficient in Japanese
