Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore seeks a dedicated Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience. You will manage dispute resolutions, prepare legal documents, and ensure compliance with laws. Overview

Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department of a financial institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of finance or banking, and any experience with blockchain or digital assets is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage dispute resolution processes, including liaising with legal counsels.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents, including agreements and regulatory filings on Nasdaq.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local, regional, and international laws and regulations relevant to revenue-based financing.
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal departments, including Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Business Development.
  • Conduct legal research on new regulations, industry trends, and potential legal risks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
