Job summary

A leading HR firm in Singapore is looking for a Pantry Staff member responsible for managing pantry supplies, preparing beverages for directors, and ensuring cleanliness. The role requires assisting in lunch distribution and performing various tasks assigned by the supervisor. Ideal candidates should be organized and efficient in their work. Salary range is $1,500 to $1,800 per month.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of pantry supplies and stocks through organising and stock-taking.
• Assist in distributing lunch orders and collecting money from staff for lunch orders.
• Prepare beverages for all directors daily.
• Serve guests coffee/tea as needed during meetings.
• Wash cups, plates, bowls, cookers, and utensils for the Director.
• Assist in cooking herbal tea for all staff.
• Distribute cakes, desserts, foods & drinks sponsored by the Director or staff.
• Ensure cleanliness of the pantry.
• Check stock & replenish pantry items.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

• Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
• Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Salary Range: $1,500 - $1,800
