Job description

Responsibilities

• Office area general cleaning: clear waste bin, clean meeting room & office vicinity glass panels, wipe telephones and reception counter, spot cleaning (arm reach height) mail collecting, check pantry stock/expiry, fitness & changing room cleaning, check stationary, assist in F&B event set‑up and service.
• Meeting room cleaning & configuration.
• Collecting mail, pantry basic cleaning.
• Wipe counter tops.
• Dust mop floor.
• Cleaning of fridge & microwave.
• Manage pantry food & beverage replenish, maintain cleanliness of the display, check expiry dates.
• Dispose food waste at designated area.
• Ensure proper usage of all cleaning equipment’s and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately.
• Responsible for all usage and security of cleaning chemicals used.
• Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company, clients and government.
• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Keep all food counters, display clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure food displays, serving gears, cutleries and napkins are in place and available to customers at all time (applicable for events).
• Assist in pantry stock up duties.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Health and Safety Responsibilities

• Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures.
• Follow all Emergency Response plans on site.
• Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks.
• Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times.
