Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in Singapore is seeking a Privileged Access Management Technical Support Engineer to manage operations for PAM platforms, ensure 24/7 operational reliability, and provide incident response support. As part of the role, you will also execute patching and vulnerability remediation.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in PAM or cybersecurity, with strong hands-on skills in CyberArk and/or Conjur. You'll be part of a supportive team, contributing to our ambition of being Asia's leading financial services partner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in PAM technical support, cybersecurity or platform support.
• 3+ years hands-on with CyberArk and/or Conjur secrets manager.
• Strong scripting capability in PowerShell and Python.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain PAM platforms with 24/7 operational support.
• Execute patching and vulnerability remediation for PAM platforms.
• Provide incident-response support during PAM-related incidents.
