Job description

Coverage Area: East / North-East

Transport: Transport fully covered by company account

Salary: Up to $4,500/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Conduct home visits for chronically ill and palliative care patients referred by medical teams.

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and coordinate with doctors for medical reviews.

Monitor medication compliance and support prescribed care plans.

Carry out nursing procedures including:

• Wound care and dressing
• Insertion of urinary catheter
• Insertion and care of naso-gastric tubes

Develop and implement nursing care plans.

Educate and guide caregivers/family members on basic nursing techniques to ensure continuity of care at home.

Requirements

Current BCLS certification

Palliative care experience is a plus

Compassionate, responsible, and able to work independently in a home setting

Strong communication and coordination skill
