We are seeking an experienced and strategic‑minded Paid Ads Specialist (Lead) to take charge of our paid advertising initiatives. As a Lead Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, driving the team towards achieving ambitious business goals. This role requires a combination of hands‑on expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement advanced paid media strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance to the paid ads team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
Develop and execute advanced paid media strategies to maximize ROI and achieve long‑term business growth.
Lead the development of comprehensive paid advertising strategies, including audience targeting, remarketing, budget allocation, channel selection and cross‑channel optimisation.
Oversee the creation and optimization of ad creatives and landing pages, ensuring they align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data‑driven recommendations.
Implement testing methodologies and optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment.
Provide strategic recommendations on budget adjustments based on performance data and business goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the digital advertising landscape.
Integrate new opportunities and innovations into the paid media strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
At least 2‑3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven experience in a leadership role within paid advertising, with a track record of successful campaign management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Meta Ads Manager. (Tiktok Ads Manager will be a bonus)
Prior experience as Ad Ops/Ad Operations Specialist, Media Buyer/Media Buy Specialist, and Programmatic Specialist is preferred but not required.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Office suite e.g. Excel Sheets, Word Documents & PowerPoint Presentations.
Required Skill(s): Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager.
