Responsibilities

• Perform secondary packaging tasks such as labeling, boxing, sealing, and ensuring products are properly prepared for storage and delivery in compliance with company standards.
• Assist the Operation Manager in machine operation by following production instructions, monitoring equipment performance, and reporting any issues promptly.
• Ensure all packaging and production activities are carried out in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
• Support continuous improvement by following operational procedures and contributing to production efficiency and quality targets.
• Attend regular training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and work skills, applying new methods to improve packaging, machine handling, and quality control.
