Job description

Responsible for managing equipment packages from pre-purchase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with buyers to finalize POs, monitoring vendor document submissions, managing inspections and testing, to ensure timely delivery of equipment and spare parts.
• Liaising with vendors, project teams, owners’ reps, and third‑party inspectors, organising progress meetings, and tracking vendor performance and payments.
• Supporting installation, commissioning, warranty matters, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in EPC projects.
• Positive and willing‑to‑learn attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
