The Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to be the face of Pacco Films, engaging with a wide range of customers—from individual homeowners to professional partners such as interior designers, contractors, and industry collaborators.

You will handle incoming inquiries, build lasting relationships, and actively grow your own portfolio of accounts. While leads will be provided, we encourage proactive sales efforts and account development.

You are also required to continue the educating and promotion of the benefits and sustainability of our architectural films.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries from homeowners and professional partners
  • Present Pacco Films’ products confidently and professionally
  • Build, manage, and grow your own customer and partner accounts
  • Develop long-term relationships with interior designers and other industry partners
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer experience
  • Represent Pacco Films’ values, especially our commitment to sustainability
  • Represent Pacco as a brand
Qualifications
  • Youthful, outgoing, and confident personality
  • Well-spoken with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with both individual customers and professionals
  • Sales-driven mindset with willingness to grow and learn
  • Believes in sustainability and is excited to grow with a growing company
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
