Job summary

Wuxi AppTec, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer to represent the owner, overseeing design, tendering, construction, and handover for Singapore projects.

You will define electrical requirements, review proposals from M&E consultants, and ensure compliance with Singapore codes, safety standards, and sustainability targets. Responsibilities cover pre-construction design management, VE initiatives, on-site supervision, review of variations and EOT claims, T&C, DLP rectifications, and handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 8+ years in Singapore construction/engineering industry.
• Experience with large M&E consultancies or top-tier main contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction & design management, draft design briefs, review proposals, and ensure VE alignment with BCA Green Mark.
• Oversee on-site electrical works, ensure compliance with SS 638/SS 530 and Singapore standards.
• Review VO/EOT submissions, manage safety and T&C, and hand over As-Built Drawings and O&M manuals.
