Job summary

HARDDRIVE in Singapore is seeking its first marketing and sales intern to help shape how we pitch and price our technical services. You will own prospect lists, run outbound outreach, turn projects into case studies, and craft content to raise our visibility among engineering buyers.

You will work directly with the founder, set your own goals, and deliver real, portfolio-worthy work from week one. If you value ownership and fast feedback, this is your role.

Qualifications

• Clear writing and ability to craft credible B2B messages.
• Willingness to learn fast and own outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering for usable outputs.
• Interest in engineering topics across energy, materials, medtech, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prospect list for energy systems.
• Run outbound outreach on LinkedIn and email, track responses.
• Turn projects into case studies and capability one-pagers.
• Write and schedule content to increase HARDDRIVE visibility.
• Support proposals and quotations with formatting and references.
• Research target sectors and map competitors, pricing, and positioning.
• Work with AI-assisted workflows for repetitive tasks.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date.
