About Company: Established in 1978, our client specializing in mother and baby care products for the ASEAN, Oceania, Middle East, India, and Africa markets. They emphasize product safety, comfort, and innovation, with R&D rooted in decades of study on infant feeding.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned overseas markets and take full responsibility for achieving annual sales, profit, and distribution targets through close cooperation with local distributors.
- Monitor sell-in volumes (order achievement vs. budget).
- Track sell-out performance (market share, retail off-take, and sell-through rates).
- Ensure execution of marketing plans, trade promotions, and A&P activities.
- Manage payment collection and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) in line with company standards.
- Build and strengthen business partnerships with distributors, including price negotiations, annual business planning, and joint business reviews.
- Provide monthly sales and stock forecasts, prepare sales and profit analysis reports, and present actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of operations and timely market support.
- Support the Export Sales Manager in strategic planning, reporting, and business reviews.
- Explore and evaluate new market opportunities as a secondary responsibility, contributing to mid- to long-term regional growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, with a proven track record in distributor management and target achievement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
- Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel regularly overseas.
Compensation
- Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:45pm (Fixed Wednesday WFH).
- Variable bonus (Avg 1.5 ~ 2.5 months, subject to individual/company performance).
- No commission scheme.
