Our client is a newly established NVOCC in Singapore, building our business from the ground up with a strong focus on international networks and long‑term partnerships. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self‑driven individual who enjoys building, developing and growing new markets and agent relationships from scratch.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the ongoing deep‑level development and maintenance of overseas agents.
  • Manage overseas agent order tracking and follow‑through until sales completion.
  • Conduct daily collection, processing, summarization, and analysis of industry information.
  • Perform summary analysis and evaluation of the execution of monthly and quarterly sales plans for overseas agents.
  • Handle account reconciliation with overseas agents to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Oversee the promotion of overseas agents and monitor/evaluate their service quality.
  • Assist in resolving complex issues between branch offices and overseas agents at various levels.
  • Support other sales teams within the group by leveraging company agent resources to facilitate the procurement of overseas leg services, thereby increasing Same closure rates.
  • Fulfill other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
  • Full‑time college diploma or above; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing cooperative relationships with overseas shipping line agents.
  • Outgoing and proactive personality, strong market analysis and judgement skills, excellent customer service awareness, and self‑management capabilities.
  • Possession of existing overseas agent resources is preferred.
