Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications on the OutSystems platform. You will build integrations via REST/SOAP and SFTP, and optimize backend services using C#/.NET and SQL Server.

Responsibilities include end-to-end deployments, LifeTime/Service Center administration, and cloud support in AWS or GCC environments. Strong DevOps, problem-solving, and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven development experience on the OutSystems platform for enterprise-grade apps.
• Strong programming capabilities; experience with C#, .NET and SQL Server.
• Hands-on API integration experience (REST/SOAP) and automated file transfers (SFTP).
• Direct operational/platform administration experience.
• Cloud architecture knowledge; AWS or GCC exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and RCA skills.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, scalable applications using OutSystems.
• Build and support robust system integrations via REST APIs, SOAP, and SFTP.
• Develop, test, and optimize backend services with C# and SQL Server.
• Manage end-to-end deployments, upgrades, code migrations, and configurations (LifeTime/Service Center).
• Support cloud-hosted apps in AWS and GCC environments; manage IIS and Windows Server basics.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD, automated tests, monitoring, and observability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across multi-tier environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve reliability, performance, and automation.
• Ensure security, compliance, and auditing as per standards.
