Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an OutSystems Developer / Low Code Engineer (Consultant to Senior Consultant) for a 1-year fixed contract in Singapore. The role focuses on building and modernizing a government-facing platform, including application development, production support, and migrations.

You will work within an enterprise-scale environment with AWS hosting, security integrations, and complex legacy systems. Prior Singapore Government project experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years OutSystems development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using OutSystems; build integrations and logic.

• Lead modernization initiatives including planning, testing, and cutovers.
• Senior consultant to guide delivery, architecture, and risk management.

OutSystems Developer - Low Code Engineer (Consultant / Senior Consultant) - 1 Year Fixed Contract

About the Opportunity

My client, a well-established technology consulting and digital transformation organization, is looking for experienced OutSystems Developers / Low Code Engineers to support and modernize a business-critical Singapore public sector platform.

This role involves application development, production support, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and modernization initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Develop and enhance applications using OutSystems.

• Build and maintain business workflows, integrations, and application logic.

• Support frontend functionality and content management components.

• Develop and maintain Oracle Database objects, queries, and stored procedures.

Production Support

• Resolve application defects, incidents, performance issues, and integration failures.

• Support deployments, releases, rollbacks, and post-deployment validation.

• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Infrastructure & Integration

• Support applications hosted on AWS.

• Work with enterprise security, authentication, and identity integrations.

• Support enterprise-scale application environments and integrations.

Modernisation Initiatives

• Participate in migration and modernization projects.

• Support transition planning, technical assessments, testing, and cutovers.

• Ensure production stability during transformation initiatives.

Senior Consultant Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and engineering workstreams.

• Provide architecture and solution guidance.

• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and complex production issues.

• Mentor engineers and drive technical decisions.

Mandatory Requirements

Consultant

• Minimum 3 years' OutSystems development experience

• Experience supporting production applications post go-live

• Hands‑on Oracle Database experience

• Enterprise application development experience

• Experience delivering at least one Singapore Government OutSystems project

Senior Consultant

• Minimum 7 years' application development experience

• At least 3 years' OutSystems experience

• Technical leadership and solution architecture experience

• Experience leading system implementation, enhancement, migration, or modernization projects
