Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Certified OutSystems Developer.
• Hands‑on experience with OutSystems platform.
• Strong SDLC understanding.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Provide application support, enhancement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing for enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, external vendors, ICT providers, and government agencies.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Participate in solution design, development, code reviews, system integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Research emerging technologies, evaluate trends, and develop POCs for continuous innovation.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards and development guidelines.
• Apply OutSystems best practices and performance optimization throughout the lifecycle.
• Support CI/CD practices and contribute to process improvements.
