Job summary

A leading financial institution in Singapore seeks an Output Management Manager responsible for overseeing the Output Management systems and managing printing/enveloping vendor operations. You will conduct troubleshooting, provide technical support, and work on automation initiatives to streamline processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Data Centre Operations with knowledge in multiple technologies and tools. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and project management experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a bank Data Centre Operations environment focusing on Output Report Distribution.
• Proficient in resolving issues in network, database, and Windows environments.
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory, MS Clustering, and MS SQL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for Output Management systems.
• Perform on-call support for Output related incidents.
• Assess departmental automation needs to eliminate repetitive tasks.
