Salary: SGD3,000 – SGD4,000 per month (Basic, excluding commissions & incentives)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and in‑house promotions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service on De Beaute’s range of beauty and wellness services
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the sales team
  • Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports for management review
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution and customer engagement
Requirements
  • Proven experience with a track record in sales as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty, slimming, spa, wellness, or retail industry
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team‑building skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good knowledge of beauty and wellness products/services is a strong advantage
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Mon - Fri: 10.30 am - 8 pm
Sat: 10 am - 6 pm
Closed on Sunday & PH
