Responsibilities

• Provide support to Outlet Manager in ensuring the operations team work according to SOPs.
• Supervise and provide guidance to licensees and cleaning contractors.
• Perform daily checks and ensure cash handling procedures are complied with.
• Direct and manage retail stalls according to company SOPs.
• Mentor and supervise service staff on food handling and service conduct.
• Monitor sales and provide monthly reports with recommendations.
