Outlet Manager (Beach Club)

• Support the F&B Manager in daily operations.
• Manage the Beach Club operations.
• Assist in maximising the performance of the Beach Club.
• Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in the Beach Club.
• Set and maintain service standards.
• Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate.

• Has experience managing an outlet in a bar setting in addition to food services.
• Knowledgeable in beverage knowledge, especially in mixing skill sets.
• Experience in managing theme nights and close‑up events.
• Willing to work shifts.
