Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily stock take of all bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure all bar equipment (ice machine, blenders, shakers, etc.) are clean and in good working condition.
• Prepare and set up herbal teas and other beverages for service.
• Follow drink recipes and company standards to ensure consistent beverage quality.
• Prepare garnishes and restock bar items as needed throughout the shift.
• Keep the bar area neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Clean bar counters, utensils, and glassware, ensuring proper storage after use.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the manager when supplies are low.
• Take and serve last orders promptly and courteously.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Perform end-of-day cleaning — sanitize tools, counters, stools, and glassware.
• Sweep and mop the bar area, empty bins, and replace liners.
• Maintain proper food safety and hygiene when handling ingredients and drinks.

Requirements

• Previous bar or F&B experience preferred (training provided).
• Basic understanding of beverage preparation and service.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Good communication and service-oriented attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
