Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking candidates to create and manage sales leads while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess at least an O Level certification and a Class 3 driving license. On-the-job training is provided for those without experience. This role involves calling existing clients, following up on leads, and maintaining sales accounts. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.

Qualifications

• Good written communication skills.
• Possess Class 3 driving license with own transport.
• Relevant background in chemical industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create sales leads through referrals and cold calling.
• Follow up on sales leads from other employees.
• Regularly contact existing clients to ensure satisfaction.

• Create sales leads in order to pursue new clients through referrals, business directories and even cold calling
• Follow up on sales leads that might be generated by other employees or departments within the company.
• Regularly call or visit existing clients to ensure that they are still happy with using the product or services and to explain new products and services as they are made available.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction, retention and maintenance of sales accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum “O” Level Holders with good written skills
• On the job training provided for no experience
• Possess Class 3 driving licence with own transport
• Relevant chemical industry background would be at advantage but not necessary

Working hours

Mon to Fri 8.30am – 6.00pm
