Working Days : Mon- Fri Working Hour : 8.30am - 6.00pm

Establish & maintain business relationships with key customers to secure sales
Managing ongoing opportunities to achieves sales target
Liaise between sales & project teams, conveying customer feedback, requirements and technical support from project initiation to completion
Identify new business opportunities & develop new customers’ base
Conduct Site Survey, prepare & follow up on quotations, fee proposals, tender submissions, sales enquiries, technical supports, etc on daily / regular basis
Prepare sales reports, projection analysis & market surveys’ reports regularly to the Sales Manager
Conduct & prepare exhibition, seminars & network events when required.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Develop new accounts and service existing ones.
Manage customer relationships & control costs
Achieve planned targets and increase market share.
Generate sales forecasts based on individual sales reports.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Min. 1 year experience in Sales & Construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge a plus
Open to all educational backgrounds
Bilingual: English & Mandarin (for Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers)
Possess Class 3 driving license & own vehicle
Willing to travel to project sites
